Hi Stacey,

We just wanted to say thanks again for everything.  The whole buying/selling process couldn't have gone any more smooth... 
and after all our worrying about double-mortgages, the timing worked out perfectly.  The house is FINALLY starting to feel like a home... 
at least on the middle level.  If you remember at all, the upstairs won't really feel like a home for quite some time. 
We had all the floors done over on the middle level, and are just starting to paint all the walls. 
We also changed around the fence configuration out front, which really opened up the front yard a bit more
(and now we can both actually park in the driveway!).

We were out walking the puppy through the neighborhood the other day and saw your name on a home
down in the South Terrace area, which reminded us that we wanted to send you a thank you/update.

Hope you are doing well, and you must be getting close to your due date by now! 
I'm sure things are crazy, especially with the Holidays.

Ed and I want to let you know how very happy we are with our new home. 
We already have most of the wallpaper down and are just
about ready for paint.  It's starting to look more like home every day. 
As you know our search lasted a little over a year but it was well
worth the wait to find exactly what we were looking for in a home, and that came with your help.

My mother-in-law Dorothy Rhodes was a life long resident of 12 ½ Pond Street in Lynn.
